Preparing for your conference session
Presenter Information will be sent via email prior to the Partners Conference and will be included in your Presenter Information Packet at registration
If you are planning to provide paper handouts please consider sustainability efforts and bring a limited amount, or have session attendees sign up for presentation materials to be sent digitally.
Presentations can also be provided to Dan Zimmerer to be included on CPW Partner page before or after Partners Conference.
All session presenters must register for the conference.
Please check in at the Presenter Registration table prior to your session. Presenter badges will be provided with your Presenter Information Packet.
You will be provided specific session information via email, this will include a draft list of registered attendees, map for your designated room and general conference information.
You WILL NOT need to print this out. All breakout session information will be in your Presenter Information Packet with map or layout and location.
Presenters may set up at 9 am May 11th, 2017.
Sessions will have a presenter kit with markers, extension cord, pens, tape, post-it notes, etc. the room will have a white board. If you have specific needs please let Lauren Truitt know no later than April 14th, 2017
Session rooms will have a projector, screen and speakers. Please bring your own laptop with you.
If you are using a Mac, please bring the appropriate attachments to connect with the projector.
If your presentation is on a thumb drive please bring it with you.
Tables and chairs will be provided. If you need a specific setup please allot time prior to the start of the conference.
Setup can begin at 9am May 11th, 2017.
Will be distributed electronically after the conference. If you would like to conduct and onsite evaluation please contact Dan Zimmerer to make arrangements.
Session rooms are set to host 30-60 attendees.
