2018 Partners In The Outdoors Conference

We don't just host this conference anywhere... we found the stunning location of the Beaver Run Resort in beautiful Breckenridge as an inspirational, comfortable (even luxurious) backdrop for our hard work learning about and designing partnerships. Even better, this retreat center offers attendees competitive, feasible rates so you can join us and relax without breaking your budget.​

​General Information  

The Conference will be held at the Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge, CO. Lodging will be available onsite in addition to parking, shuttles and wifi. Please see map​ for more information.  

Lodging Reservations

Costs

Multiple options are available at the discounted conference rate. Prices shown below do not include taxes and fees. If you are a 5013c, tax-exempt paperwork must be provided to the hotel. 

  • Single $105.00 (plus taxes and fees)
  • Double $105.00 (plus taxes and fees)
  • Multi-room condos are available at discounted rates

Parking

Parking is complimentary to all Partners in the Outdoors attendees. Please park in the "No Winter Parking".

Check-In 

Check-in begins at 4pm. Please coordinate with lodging staff if you would like to receive early check-in. 

Lodging staff can hold your luggage if you wish to drop it off prior to the conference. 

There will be time to check-in and get situated after the last breakout session Thursday afternoon. 

Shuttles

Complimentary shuttles are available to transport Beaver Run guests to and from the Breckenridge Downtown area and around the resort property. 

Ask for an updated shuttle schedule at the front desk upon check-in. For more information, visit the amenities page​

WiFi

Complimentary WiFi will be provided for all conference attendees at the conference center and in individual rooms.
