10th Annual Outdoor Heritage Day

Saturday, April 29: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

This FREE event provides an opporunity for kids of all ages to experience fishing, gold panning, archery, climbing, firearms safety, paddleboarding, wildlife viewing and more! A free hot dog lunch is provided from 11 - 2, first come first served, so arrive early! To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of this event, the first 200 kids to arrive will receive a free t-shirt!

​Thank you to the Town of Palisade for donating Riverbend Park for this event every year! Also thank you to Moose 92.3, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Mule Deer Foundation, Rapid Creek Cycles, Grand Valley Anglers, Grand Junction Gem & Mineral Club, Orchard Mesa Gun Club and Grand Valley Audubon for their financial contribututions to make this event a continued success!
