Golden Gate Canyon State Park - Colorado Public Lands Day Hike/ Clean Up

Saturday, May 20: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

This year marks the first annual Colorado Public Lands Day! A day to celebrate public lands that define our heritage, identity, and way of life in Colorado. Join Park Naturalist Pam on this family friendly guided hike on Mountain Lion Trail. Watch for signs of spring in blooming trees, wildflowers and singing birds! We will also do some trail clean up to continue to keep the park beautiful.

Program is free with a valid parks pass. We will meet at the Visitor Center, then carpool over to the Mountain Lion Trail from the Nott Creek Parking Lot. Remember to bring water, sunscreen, and layers of clothes for varying weather conditions.

Audience: All Ages
