Pheasant 201: Late Season Tactics

Thursday, January 04: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Early season pheasant hunting is great but late season birds get smarter with each passing week. Join Colorado Parks and Wildlife to learn how to hunt pheasants during the later part of the season.

Tony Dymek, Assistant Hunting and Fishing Outreach Coordinator for the northeast region, will bring his 27 years of pheasant hunting experience to share with participants.  "Now that winter has finally decided to show up, it is time to execute some late season tactics" said Dymek.  "The birds are hard to find or they are getting up 100 yards ahead of us.  But we know the birds are still there, we just have to change up our game plan."  Pheasant hunting enthusiasts will learn all about what the birds are doing now and pick up new tactics to pursue them at the 2 hour seminar.
