Christmas Bird Count for Kids

Monday, January 15: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Since over 370 different species of birds have been spotted at Barr Lake, it provides the perfect location for a count. Warm drinks, water and snacks will be provided.

Kids ages 3-6 will take part in Budding Birders Camp, which includes a bird discovery walk.  Kids age 7 and up can participate in the actual count.  Cost is $3 per person plus a $7 per vehicle state park entrance fee.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Registration is Required!
