Located on both the north and south sides of the reservoir, both ramps have docks and are available for use depending upon existing water levels. Mandatory boat inspections for aquatic nuisance species are required for all boats using the ramp each time the vessel is launched.
Spinney Mountain Reservoir is open to from from one-half hour before sunrise to one half hour after sunset from ice-off in the spring through October 31st each year. From November 1st until the park closes when the reservoir freezes over, the reservoir is closed to all vessels including all canoes, kayaks and any other hand carried
vessels. During that time, the park allows fishing aids (belly boats) that are powered by FINS ONLY (no oars, motors or sails) to access the reservoir.
