Location: Ranch is 21 miles south of Westcliffe on Hwy 69.

Species Available: Deer, Elk, Pronghorn
Elevation: 6,800 to 9,500 ft.
Terrain: The ranch lies at the southern end of the Wet Mountain Valley on the eastern side of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Most of the ranch drains to the east and south by Muddy Creek. About 7,500 acres lies east of Hwy 69. Some of the ranch is cultivated hay-alfalfa fields. Lower elevations are in pinyon pine and open short grass parks. Rising to higher elevations and vegetation of Ponderosa pine, aspen and mixed conifer forests.
Access: Access to the ranch is through ranch gates and existing ranch roads, but the ranch is hunted best on foot from several parking locations. ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and horses or pack animals are not allowed.

Overnight Accommodations: Motels are located in Westcliffe and surrounding areas. There are campgrounds on nearby National Forest land.

There are no antler-point restrictions for any of the ranches. No over-the-counter licenses are offered on these properties. Ranching for Wildlife licenses are open to Colorado residents only.
