Partners in the Outdoors Conference

​The conference will be held at The Hythe Vail, 715 W Lionshead Cir, Vail, CO 81657.

​​​Lodging Alternatives

In the event that lodging is full, Evergreen Lodge at Vail (reserve online or call 970.476.7810) is pleased to offer discounted rates to all guests of Partners in the Outdoors Conference. The location is between Vail and Lionshead Village, and a 5-10 minute walk to the conference location at The Hythe.

The Grand Hyatt Vail will also be offering discounted rates to guests of the Partners in the Outdoors Conference. The location is a 5-10 minute shuttle bus ride to the conference location at The Hythe. 

Hotel Parking

Valet parking is available for only $10 per vehicle per night. The hotel is discounting this for registered guests from the normal $40 per night rate.

Parking may also be available at the Town of Vail parking garage which is just a short walk to the hotel.

Check-In and Check-out

​Check-In begins at 4:00 p.m. Please coordinate with lodging staff if you would like an early check-in. Lodging staff can hold your luggage if you wish to drop it off prior to the conference. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.


The convenient resort location is along the complimentary Vail bus route to explore the area with ease, free of charge. 

​WiFi Access

Complimentary WiFi will be provided for all conference attendees at the conference center and in individual rooms. ​ 

COVID Protocols (as of 2/24/2022)

Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test NOT Required 

The health and safety of our conference attendees is our priority. Following recent declines in cases and CDC regulations, we have decided to eliminate vaccine, testing and mask requirements.

Attendees do not have to provide negative test but are still encouraged to get tested before going to the conference. Find a testing location near you.

We expect all of our attendees to consider the health and well-being of fellow attendees and adhere to this policy, practice good judgment. Please visit the CDPHE and CDC websites for the latest on what you can do to ensure you, your fellow attendees, and your family remain safe. Please stay home if you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms.


Registrants will be notified immediately of any changes to COVID protocols. All attendees will be notified if a COVID case is reported after the conference.
