COVID Protocols (as of 1/5/2022)

Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test Required

The health and safety of our conference attendees is our priority. Following recent trends in the event planning industry to minimize risk and maximize participant well-being, we have decided to require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test (no more than three days prior to the start of the conference) for all attendees.

Vaccination

Proof of vaccination can be presented as a physical vaccination card, a photo of your card with your name and the date(s) of vaccination or a vaccination record from the MyColorado App. For Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, both vaccination shots are required to be considered fully vaccinated.

Negative Test

If you choose to show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test, a physical copy or photo is also required with your name and date of the test from a reputable clinic or professional medical office. The date of the test must be no more than three days prior to the start of the Conference or the first day you attend the conference.

Find a testing location near you.

Masks

Based on the current situation in Colorado, masks will be required for all indoor gatherings unless actively eating or drinking. This is subject to change with short notice.

We expect all of our attendees to consider the health and well-being of fellow attendees and adhere to this policy, practice good judgment. Please visit the CDPHE and CDC websites for the latest on what you can do to ensure you, your fellow attendees, and your family remain safe. Please stay home if you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms.
