Centennial Park Passes purchased in 2020 will be accepted at Colorado state parks through the end of February 2021.
Starting in 2021, annual Centennial Park Passes will be valid from Mar. 1 - Mar. 31 of the following year instead of Jan. 1 - Dec. 31.
The revised dates now better align with other annual license timelines and financial tax cycles to ensure applicants can enjoy a full year of benefits with the pass.

For Income Eligible Colorado Residents
A Centennial Pass is a discounted pass for income-eligible Colorado residents. Applicants must be a Colorado resident, at least 18 years of age, and have a federal total annual income for the previous calendar year below a specific income level, depending on family size.
The Centennial Pass may be mailed to or purchased at:
Colorado Parks and Wildlife
Denver, CO 80216
The pass may not be purchased at any additional individual parks or through any pass concessionaires (sorry, not available online or at parks).
In order to purchase the Centennial Pass, the applicant must show a photo identification card and provide documentation, in the form of the previous year federal income tax return, that the federal total annual income of such individual was at or below a determined threshold amount. The ONLY tax documents that can be used to determine eligibility for the Centennial Pass are U.S. Federal tax forms 1040 or 1040-SR. The Federal Total Annual Income is found on Line 11 of the tax forms.
Please see the Centennial Park Pass Application for complete details and requirements.
