Online Reservations Troubleshooting
Online Reservations Troubleshooting

ReserveAmerica processes both phone and Internet reservations for Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Most users do not experience problems with making their Internet reservations. However, because of the complexity of connections, browsers and software on the Internet, interactive sites such as ours will at times malfunction.

The following is a list of some malfunctions experienced and suggestions on possible solutions.

  • Cannot access the web pages or your browser "times out" when accessing the reservations site
Internet traffic is heavy or the site is temporarily down. Sometimes a page refresh or reload will work. Otherwise, try again later. If you are well into the reservation process and you are interrupted by a freeze-up or other software or web error, you could end up with duplicate reservations when you repeat the process. If you suspect that this has happened to you, please call 1-800-244-5613 to reach the ReserveAmerica call center for assistance.

  • You get an error message "Could not get details on agency"
The site is temporarily out of service. Try reloading the page or alert ReserveAmerica  at reservations@ReserveAmerica.com and try again at a later time.

  • You get the message "Fees are not available for this site"
Please alert ReserveAmerica  at reservations@ReserveAmerica.com and try again later.

  • The site I was trying to reserve timed out, and now I can’t see it
You will have 15 minutes to complete a transaction; a timer will keep you informed before you time out. If your reservation is not completed within 15 minutes of adding your final item to your order, the site location is locked for a period of up to 30 minutes. This cannot be unlocked, so please complete your reservation before timing out. Otherwise, you may try again after 30 minutes has passed.

  • You do not get a reply to an email sent to ReserveAmerica
Please resend your email to help@ReserveAmerica.com and send a copy to crsparks@state.co.us. We will make sure that Aspira gets a copy.
