Parks and Wildlife Commission Meeting: March 4-5, 2026
Weapons Policy
It is the policy of the DoubleTree Hotel to restrict the possession of dangerous weapons in public spaces within the building. CPW will be enforcing this policy at the hotel’s request. Members of the public who plan to attend the meeting in-person should plan to arrive early as you will be expected to enter through a security checkpoint. You will be denied entry if you cannot comply with this policy.
March Public Comments
For the March 2026 Commission Meeting please be advised that due to the anticipated high volume of attendees, it is possible that not all individuals who wish to provide public comment will be able to do so either in-person or virtually, though preference will be given to in-person commenters. As such, staff strongly encourages members of the public to submit public comments via the commission's Engage Page. To accommodate the maximum number of public commentators, the time allotted per speaker will be adjusted based on the total number of requests, with a minimum time allocation of one minute.
