Forest Bathing Walk

Slow down and immerse yourself in nature through the relaxing practice of Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku). Join Naturalist Carrie and Forest Therapy Guide Jane for this mindful, easy wander with simple “invitations” for activities to awaken the senses and connect closely with nature. End with the sharing of forest tea! Bring sit pad/stool if you have one, water & dress for the weather! Ages 9 and up. Maximum 12. Must pre-register at the Visitor Center or by calling (719) 687-2366.
