Cheyenne Mountain First Day Hikes

Sunday, January 01: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sleet, snow or 20 below, come and enjoy the first day of 2023 with us! Five different hikes available for all types of skill levels!

Choose from three different hikes ranging from 1, 3, and 5 miles long. All hikes will start at 10 a.m. from the Limekiln Trailhead. No reservations are required... just be at the trailhead a little before 10 am. Be prepared for the weather: dress appropriately and bring water.
Lots of goodies will be hidden along the trails for our 3rd Annual First Day Hunts.
After you finish, stop by the Visitor Center for some hot chocolate and cookies compliments of the Friends of CMSP.

Hikes/programs are free, but a parks pass is required on all vehicles. ($10/daily, $80/annual, or $120/annual hangtag
