Fishing Basics for Adults and Kids

Ever wanted to try fishing but didn't know where to start? Join CPW at Golden Gate Canyon State Park to learn the basics of fishing. We'll teach you how to tie basic knots, how to cast, and what baits work best for what species of fish. Then we'll hit the pond and try out everything you've learned.
All ages and skills are welcome. All equipment will be provided if you don't have your own. Park pass fees apply and fishing licenses are required for anyone 16 or older.
