Location:
Culebra Ranch is located in the Culebra and Sangre de Cristo ranges, near Fort Garland and Alamosa, Colorado. Specific directions will be provided to successful BSAP license holders.​

Acres: ~108,000

Species Available: Bighorn Sheep

Elevation: 11,500 to 14,000 ft.

Terrain: These guided hunts take place in high elevation. The terrain is rocky with volcanic, conical-shaped dikes.

Access: Access to the ranch is only permitted for those who successfully draw a BSAP license. The entire hunt will be guided and all equipment other than, personal hunting gear, rifles and ammunition, will we provided.

Camping: Lodging is provided, though camping may be necessary as part of the hunt. Hunt guides will determine when and where to camp.

Game Retrieval Services: Guides will assist.

Guiding Services: The Bighorn Sheep Access Program hunts at Culebra Ranch are all guided hunts. You must be part of the program in order to hunt Bighorn on Culebra Ranch lands.

Nearest Overnight Accommodations: Alamosa.

Additional Information: ​No over-the-counter licenses are offered on these properties. Bighorn Sheep Access Program licenses are open to Colorado residents only. Licenses are only for the season and ranch on the license.
