About this Event
Hikers can meet at 8:30 AM at the amphitheater and fire pit area at Coot Pond at St. Vrain State Park. Coffee, swag, and a warm fire will be available to all hikers while supplies last. Staff will lead a hike at 9:00 AM and one at 11:00 AM, beginning and ending at the amphitheater. Binoculars are highly encouraged but optional.
The first hike will begin at 9:00 AM and circle Blue Heron Pond, ending back at the amphitheater. The Blue Heron Hike totals 1.6 miles.
The second hike, beginning at 11:00 AM, will circle the Pelican Pond trail and return to the amphitheater. The Pelican Pond hike is 1.8 miles.
