Enjoy journaling? Ever tried journaling in nature? Discover what you can uncover when slowing down to observe the natural world around you.     

This Basic Archery Instructor certification class is designed for teachers who want to bring the National Archery in the Schools Program to their school.    

This course qualifies you to apply for your Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit in your county of residence and includes a certificate of completion for inclusion in your application packet. This course includes topics such as mindset including situational awareness, tactics, skills development, holsters and carry positions, and discussions about the use of deadly force.  Live range shooting is included and required to complete this course and is scheduled on an individual basis. Have a group interested? Special, private class times can be arranged.

Sit around the campfire for story time with Naturalist Allison where we will talk about Mueller's lesser known history. Come for the smores, stay for the mysteries. There will be discussion of crime during the program. At the amphitheater.

Join Volunteer Vickers and other members from the Denver Nature and Science Museum for an evening program about spiders! Learn how spiders are important to the ecosystem and go one a short night hike on a nature trail to learn how to safely catch and release spiders. Flashlights are recommended for this event. The park has a few to loan out if needed. The program will meet at the amphitheater behind the Reverend's Ridge Campground office.

Join us for a peaceful early morning hike up Talon where we will stop at the overlook to take in the views and watch the sunrise.
