Join us on Saturday, September 7, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Lime Kiln Parking Lot in Cheyenne Mountain State Park for "No Child Left Inside." This event, part of a nationwide movement promoting environmental education and outdoor exploration for kids in kindergarten through 12th grade, is perfect for families and friends.

Engage in hands-on activities that teach about Colorado's natural resources and provide opportunities to let your creativity run wild.  

Test your knowledge with trivia, examine animal skins and skulls, learn about tracks and scat, create crayon leaf rubbings, build pinecone bird feeders, try your hand at archery, and savor classic s'mores. This event seeks to foster a love for nature while making learning fun and memorable.  

No registration is needed. Don't miss this chance to connect with nature and create lasting memories on September 7! 

The event is free, but a valid park pass is required on all vehicles that enter the park.

Local Communities—Your pass supports our natural resources and helps grow outdoor accessibility and educational programs in local communities.
