Ease into the season of shorter days on a relaxing Forest Bathing walk.

About this Event

This wellness practice includes a simple sequence for quieting the mind, awakening the senses, while enjoying beauty and wonder on a 1 mile path. We'll play with creating nature art with elements we find (and leave). Then close with tea brewed from local plants. Dress for changing weather. Bring water & a small backpack for handsfree. Ages 12 and up. 

Meet outside the Visitor Center.
