Our Eagle Festival is back for the 13th year! This is one of our most popular events and can be very busy!

About this Event
The event is free but donations to Friends of Barr Lake are welcome!
Park passes are required for entry to the park.
There is one guided bird hike at 9am. No dogs are allowed on this hike as you will be walking through the wildlife refuge.
Raptor Education Foundation will be here with a live raptor presentation! Activities include kids crafts, a face painter, and shuttles to the gazebo.

Join volunteer naturalists Tammy and Ira for a birding walk in the park. Learn about birds and other natural wonders at Barr Lake. This walk will to introduce park visitors and birders of all levels of experience to the park birds and anything else you happen to see.
