Carp Fishing Tournament - Bow and Rod
Join us for a fun day of fishing, help reduce invasive species and win cash prizes at the Carp Fishing Tournament Bow and Rod at Barr Lake. Fishing from the Shoreline or Boat.
About this Event

"35 boat limit registrations and 40 fishing from shore limit registrations."
Only carp are weighted and counted. Must have a Colorado fishing license. Prizes: Boat with most carp - $1,000. Most carp caught from shore - $500. Largest overall carp - $250. Youth largest carp - $250. Smallest overall carp - $100. All carp will be composted.
Register online and pay entry fee at the check-in table by the boat ramp. Entry fee required at the check-in table by the boat ramp. $10.00 Adult Entry Fee, and $5.00 Youth Entry Fee.

Join volunteer naturalists Tammy and Ira for a birding walk in the park. Learn about birds and other natural wonders at Barr Lake. This walk will to introduce park visitors and birders of all levels of experience to the park birds and anything else you happen to see.
