About this Event

Come gaze at the stars with the Western Colorado Astronomy Club! The club will bring plenty of equipment and set up in the Visitor Center parking lot. Sunset will be at 6:23pm with viewing starting around 7:00pm.

Don’t forget to bring blankets, jackets, camping chairs, comfortable shoes, and flashlights (red lights preferred)! All Visitor Center and Parking Lot lights will be turned off for the ultimate night sky viewing.

[THIS EVENT IS WEATHER PERMITTING: If storms or clouds obstruct the view, the program will be rescheduled for Saturday evening. We will post any change in schedule on our Facebook page.]
