Beginner’s Level 3 Mountain Bike Lesson
Have you attended our Level 1 and 2 beginner’s course and are ready to add more fundamental skills? If so, join our BICP certified mountain bike instructor, Ranger Rick, at the Limekiln trailhead to learn the basics of slow riding, obstacle avoidance, and cornering.

About this Event
You will learn these skills at the Limekiln Trailhead parking lot to give you a safe surface to learn on prior to getting on the dirt. After each skill has been thoroughly explained and demonstrated by the instructors, you are given plenty of practice time in the parking lot with the instructors helping you improve with each repetition. After the lesson is over, head out onto our trails to practice and hone your new skills! This program is intended for novice riders and recommended for ages 14 and up. For the safety of the group and flow of the lesson, no riders under the age of 14 will be permitted. Helmets are mandatory and bring plenty of water. Attendance of the Beginner’s Level 1 and 2 lessons is not mandatory, but highly recommended if you do not already possess those basic skills.
