Impact Assistance Grants to Counties

Each county in which we own land is eligible to receive an Impact Assistance Grant (IAG), which is based on the agricultural tax rate. In January of each year, we send a notice to all county assessors in which Colorado Parks and Wildlife owns fee title land, advising them that their counties are eligible for impact assistance from us.
