Gobble up some free turkey hunting tips with wildlife experts in Pueblo on April 4


Join CPW on April 4 at the Pueblo Hunter Education Building to master your calling techniques and increase your chance of bagging a gobbler this spring. The free class is limited to the first 35 participants who sign up.
Students will learn from experienced turkey hunting professionals Wildlife Officers Gretchen Holschuh and Bill Velarde, and retired CPW biologist Mark Elkins. They will cover everything about turkey hunting from hunting gear, decoy placement, laws and regulations as well as specific tactics and calling techniques.
Students will practice the four most important turkey vocalizations using slate calls provided by CPW with opportunities to master your calling techniques.
Participants will have an opportunity to win some great door prizes and CPW giveaway swag during the course.
