Staunton State Park hours affected by road construction Oct. 14-18
PINE, Colo. – Staunton State Park will be operating from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Monday, October 14 through Friday, October 18 due to road construction of the park’s only entrance. Access to the visitor center and all parking lots will be available during those times. Visitors are asked to please exit the park by 5 p.m.
Flaggers will be onsite to direct one-way traffic on the main park road past the visitor center. Visitors may experience delays entering and exiting the park during construction. While work is weather-dependent, normal park hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. are expected to resume on Saturday, October 19.
