Support CPW's K-9 Pilot Program
Meet Cash and Sci, CPW’s first K-9 officers! These four-legged officers are part of a pilot K-9 program, assisting two of our District Wildlife Managers with law enforcement, wildlife management and education. Certified with the National Police Canine Association for handler protection, fugitive apprehension and various wildlife species odor detection, Cash and Sci are working hard to help protect Colorado’s natural resources and all of those who enjoy them. CPW’s K-9 program is still in the pilot stage and relies almost entirely on public donations for funding.
