Roxborough- First Day Hike: South Rim Trail

Enjoy the New Year with a hike on South Rim Trail. This is a wonderful hike with georgeous views!

Ring in the New Year in this 3.2 mile hike on the South Rim Trail. Naturalists Ann Sarg and Tom Booth will discuss the interrelationships of topography, vegetation,, and geology of the park. Bring water, food, appropriate apparel, yaktrax or micro-spikes, and poles.

​Registration required on Eventbrite. All vehicles need a pass to enter the park. Daily fee is $8. Please plan on coming early as we may go to capacity around 9:30am and there could be up to a 45 minute wait. Please leave your pets and bikes at home as they are not permitted in the park.
