Description
The middle section of the Blue River supports a quality fishery consisting of rainbow and brown trout as well as kokanee salmon in the fall which migrate upstream from Green Mountain Reservoir. Ample public access is available through several parcels of the Blue River State Wildlife Area as well as US Forest Service property.
