About this Event
Become a Lake Pueblo State Park Junior Ranger! Learn about how maps and compasses are an important tool for any Park Ranger. Participants will practice basic map making skills and will use a compass to get their bearings. This program will take place at the Cottonwood Picnic Area located east of the dam and south of the Arkansas River. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All programs are free with a valid State Parks Pass. Registration is NOT required, but it helps ensure there are enough materials for all participants.
