Let nature's beauty and wonder relax you on a mindful, sensory based forest walk.

A natural art piece is on the ground. The art contains three circles. Each circle is made up of different natural elements: twigs of pine, acorns and flowers.

About this Event

Unplug & relax into nature's beauty and wonder on a mindful, sensory based Forest Bathing walk with Nature Therapy Guide Jane. 

Includes time to play and create art with elements we find on our walk. Art will be left where it's created so the materials can continue to be used and enjoyed by people and wildlife. We will close with a forest tea circle. 

Dress for changing weather. Bring water, snacks & small backpack for hands free. 

Best for ages 12+. Registration requested online.

Meet outside the Visitor Center.
