First Day Forest Bathing at Mueller
This is the 7th annual First Day Forest Bathing event at Mueller!
Start the year by taking a slow paced walk through the park in order to reflect and connect to yourself and nature.
About this Event
Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Jane, is back! Slow down and connect to nature with this reflective practice.
Enjoy a fresh start to 2026 by immersing in the wonder & healing nature offers through the practice of Forest Bathing/Shinrin-Yoku. Join this peaceful 1 mile walk with prompts to quiet the mind, open the senses and connect closely with yourself & the land. The walk will close with a medicinal tea brewed from local plants.
Bring water, snacks & dress for the weather (snow boots, waterproof pants suggested) . If you don't enjoy sitting on the ground a sit pad may be useful. Ages 12 & up suggested.
Cancelled if below 30 degrees.
