Grab your bird book and binoculars and join us for bird watching adventures.
This Hike is to Carpenter Peak which is a more strenuous trail (approx. 6.5 miles roundtrip, 1000' of elevation gain). We will look for migratory birds and hope to hear and possibly see Ovenbirds as they set up their nesting territories. Bring plenty of water and snacks as this will be a longer hike. Dress for changing weather conditions. Registration required and meeting location is at the Visitor Center patio.
