Join us at Jackson Lake to have fun, enjoy good food, share our enthusiasm for chili and Dutch oven cooking all while being outside and enjoying our natural resources!

The Dutch Oven and Chili Cook Off has been hosted by Darby Shanks at Jackson Lake State Park for almost 16 YEARS!
There are 8 Categories from Cowboy coffee to Wild game and Desserts!
Swing by Lake Side Campground in the morning with your cup and pick up a paper to help us choose !
PEOPLES CHOICE AWARDS for the COWBOY COFFEE
Help choose the winner or just enjoy the coffee!
Talk with contestants to find out what to keep an eye on and then come enjoy some food after judging around 5 p.m. and winners are announced!
