Memorial Day Office Closure

Colorado Parks and Wildlife offices will be closed for the state holiday, Monday, May 25. To honor military members for their service CPW offers active duty military and veteran benefits to enjoy fishing, hunting and state parks.

Crossing Paths with Wildlife

In Colorado, you can meet wildlife wherever you go: state parks, cities and your own backyard. Wildlife viewing is an excellent pastime, but encounters with wildlife can sometimes be delicate situations, and it’s important to know what to do when you come across wildlife.
