Excellent fly and lure fishing for native cutthroat trout can be found in Pearl Lake's wakeless waters. Paddleboarders clamor for a chance to launch on Pearl's expansive and still waters. A trail takes visitors along the shoreline and leads them deep into the Routt National Forest. Picnicking is picture perfect. This is a true escape from the day-to-day routine.
