From Alamosa, go 14.4 miles E on Hwy. 160. Turn N onto Hwy. 50 and go 10.7 miles to Zapata Falls sign. Turn right and follow gravel road for 3.5 miles to BLM trailhead parking lot.

The Sloughs

From Dinosaur, go E on Hwy. 40 to CR 16. Turn N onto CR 16 and go approx. 8.6 miles to unnamed BLM road. Recommended to use an ATV from this point. Turn S onto BLM road, then go approx. 4.4 miles.

Three Mile Mountain

PARCEL 2: Go S on Hwy. 9 for 9 miles. Turn E, go1.1 miles on unmarked dirt road to W boundary.

Timberlake

From Sugar City, go E for 5.4 miles on Hwy. 96 to Crowley CR 28. Go S on CR 28 to follow along W boundary of property. Parking allowed along CR 28; however, do not park in a manner that blocks CR 28.

Tunnel Drive

From Cañon City, go 1.25 miles W on Hwy. 50 to Tunnel Drive, then go W on Tunnel Drive for 0.6 miles to Tunnel Drive Trail parking. From Tunnel Drive parking lot, walk up trail 0.62 miles to STL.

Turkey Ridge

From Walsenburg, take Hwy. 10 E for 16.5 miles. Go N on CR 123. Take CR 123 approx. 9 miles until it dead ends into BLM land. Access by foot and horseback only across adjacent BLM lands.

Waugh Mountain

From Ca\xf1on City, go W on Hwy. 50 for 12 miles. Turn right on Hwy. 9 and go 9 miles. Take CR 2 W for 15 miles. Foot access through BLM land on E and S. Use BLM parking lot.

Whetstone Mountain

From intersection of CR 730 and CR 737, drive 4.1 miles on CR 737 to USFS boundary. Turn right onto USFS Rd. 563. Property accessible from USFS Rd. 563.1A and USFS Rd. 563.2A across USFS land. No formal trailhead exists.

Alkali Arroyo State Trust Land

From La Junta, go S on Hwy. 109 for 8 miles to USFS Rd. 2195. Go E on USFS Rd. 2195 for 3 miles to arrive at SW corner. For next mile to E of USFS Rd. 2195 is S boundary. Boundary stops at intersection of USFS Rd. 2195 and USFS Rd. 2195.G, which goes S.

Apishapa North

From Walsenburg, take I-25 to Hwy. 10, then go E for 18.5 miles. Go S on CR 77 for 7 miles, then go E on CR 90 for 11 miles to Apishapa SWA. Follow signs through SWA to NE side and parking lot.
