From Monte Vista, take Lariat Rd. W for 5 miles to BLM Rd. (Lower Nicomodes Rd. 272). Go NW for 3 miles to BLM Rd. 5120Ua (Fata Morgana Rd.). Go S for 5 miles to Rim Rock Rd. Turn W on BLM Rd. 5120Tb. Go W for 0.5 miles to end of road. The property is located 0.5 miles S. Walk-in access through Forest Service land.

Beaver Brook

ACCESS #1: From I-70, go S on Beaver Brook Canyon Rd. for 2.7 miles to intersection with Pat Creek Rd. Access point at USFS gate on Pat Creek Rd. ACCESS #2: From Evergreen, go 3.5 miles W on Squaw Pass Rd. (CR 66) to intersection with Old Squaw Pass Rd. Access point to N of Squaw Pass Rd. at USFS gate.

Orchard

FROM KERSEY: Go 18 miles E on Hwy. 34 to CR 87 (Masters Rd.). Go N and E on CR 87 (which becomes CR 89) for 6 miles to CR 52. Go E From intersection for 3 miles to N parking area.
FROM ORCHARD: Go N on Washington Ave. to Morgan CR X. Go W on CR X for 2 miles to CR 0. Go N on CR 0 for 1 mile to CR Y. Go W on CR Y for 0.5 miles to S parking area.

Packers Gap

From Hwy. 50 in La Junta, take Hwy. 109 S for 14 miles to USFS Rd. 2200 (sign for Vogel and Picketwire canyons). Take USFS Rd. 2200 approx. 7 miles W to CR 25. Intersection of CR 25 and USFS Rd. 2200 at NE corner of property. Next 1 mile S on CR 25 is E boundary of property. At SE corner is intersection of CR 25 and CR G. First 1 mile W on CR G is S boundary of property.

Pat Canyon/Whitby

WHITBY TRACT: From Springfield, go W on Hwy. 160 for 24.7 miles to CR 8. Go S on CR 8 for 5.5 miles to CR G. Go E for 0.8 miles to Comanche National Grassland. STL N of Comanche.
PAT CANYON TRACT: From Springfield, go W on Hwy. 160 for 24.7 miles to CR 8. Go S on CR 8 for 10 miles to Kirkwell. Go W on CR M for 2 miles to CR 5. Go S on CR 5 for 1.1 miles.

Pinkham Mountain

From Walden, go 13 miles N on Hwy. 125 to Hwy. 127. Go 9 miles N to CR 48 (USFS Rd. 895), then go W for 1.5 miles to CR 49 (USFS Rd. 891), then go S to end of road.

NOTE: USFS road closed to motorized travel at the gate. Users must continue S approx. 1.25 miles on road by foot or nonmotorized travel to STL boundary.

Blue Lake

From Las Animas, head N on Hwy. 50. Cross Hwy. 50 bridge over Arkansas River, then take Hwy. 194 exit. Travel 0.5 miles W on Hwy. 194, then turn N onto CR 10.5. Travel N for 0.5 miles, then turn W onto CR HH.5 and travel 0.5 miles W. Turn N onto CR 10, then travel N for approx. 6 miles until you reach S border of STL.

Buffalo Gulch

From Hartsel, go S on Hwy. 9 for 2 miles. Turn onto CR 53 and go S for 8.9 miles. Turn onto Eufaula Trail and go E for 1.3 miles. Turn onto Hutke Rd. and go N for 0.8 miles. Turn onto Keechi Rd. and go E for 1.5 miles. Keechi Rd. becomes Dog Chief Trail. Access point at corner of Dog Chief Trail and Cahokia Rd.

Hamilton Mesa

From intersection of Colo. 145 and 141, go S on Hwy. 141 for 13 miles to CR U29 E. Go E on CR U29 E for 2.1 miles to CR 31U. Go S/SE on CR 31U for 2 miles to CR S31. GO E on CR S31/BLM two-track for 0.5 miles. Access to STL is by foot or horseback S across adjoining BLM land.

Las Mesitas

G o NW approx. 2.5 miles on BLM Road 5045. Access by foot or horseback approx. 0.8 miles S across adjoining BLM land to N boundary of property .
