Whether you are an avid hiker, mountain biker, or hunter, or you simply appreciate all the Colorado outdoors has to offer, there are many ways you can get involved. Colorado state parks have a variety of employment and volunteer opportunities. Jobs include naturalists and maintenance and administrative work, and range from full to part time and temporary. Park/boat safety ambassadors answer questions, share information and are the eyes of the park on weekends in our popular day-use areas.

Visitor Services

Visitor Center/Office Support. Greet visitors, and answer phones and questions. Sell park passes and licenses and perform other clerical tasks. Staff a visitor center information desk or sales outlet and more.
