After Gobble Wobble on Fresh Air Friday at Chatfield State Park

Friday, November 29: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Avoid the hazardous shopping centers after Thanksgiving and instead enjoy the fresh morning air at Chatfield State Park! Entrance into all Colorado State Parks is FREE on Fresh Air Friday! It's time to walk off all that turkey you ate! Join a Ranger on a leisurely 2 mile walk through the Plum Creek Nature Area. Look for wildlife while breathing in the fresh, crisp morning air.

​All ages and abilities are welcome. Leashed dogs are welcome. Dress for the weather and don't forget your water! Meet at the Plum Creek Nature Parking Lot in the southeast end of Chatfield State Park (follow the gravel road all the way to the end).

Chatfield State Park, Plum Creek Parking Lot

11500 N. Roxborough Park Road, Littleton, Colorado Enter Chatfield State Park off of Titan Road and take the first right towards the Chatfield Marina. Then take the next right towards Plum Creek. Continue past the first two parking lots and continue to travel along the gravel road until you hit the dead end. Park at the lot at the dead end of the gravel road.
