Don't know which trail to take?  Here are a few suggestions:

Family friendly-Acorn Alley- roughly 0.53 miles with a gentle grade. This is a great option if you have younger children and plan on bringing the dogs, if you are feeling more ambitious you have the option to continue on the surrounding trails that allow dogs (Bobcat Way, Part of Soaring Kestrel or Racoon Ridge)  The trailhead is located at the camper services building. Trail is indicated  by green trail markers.

1 Mile- Zook Loop, total mileage 1.03, this is a great short distance hike covering multiple ecosystems allowing hikers to disappear into the woods. Start at the Limekiln trailhead trail is indicated by blue trail markers

3 Mile- Sundance, total mileage 3.29, This trail is a nice relaxing hike through the grasslands and Gambles oak of the park.Start at the Limekiln trailhead trail is indicated by red trail markers

5 Mile- Talon, Total mileage 5.28, This trail is the gateway to the top of Cheyenne Mountain, it is very diverse in the landscapes and possesses the best opportunity to see various species of wildlife. Also if you are feeling adventurous you can continue onto North or South Talon Trail. Start at the Limekiln Trailhead trail is indicated by yellow trail markers

Don't forget to log your mileage with the CMSP Trail Challenge!!!
