Parks Pass Fees are Changing in 2019
With the passage of Senate Bill 18-143, CPW is able to adjust pricing to meet the pressures of increased management costs and resource usage across the state. These adjustments allow the agency to continue our conservation mission, while also ensuring transparency and accountability in working to achieve the ten key goals laid out in the bill.

Daily passes include vehicle passes, towed vehicle passes, individual passes, and commercial passes. Daily pass prices range from $4 to $10 and are valid until noon following the day of purchase.
Daily Vehicle Park Passes: $10 per vehicle. Available at park gate, park office or kiosk only; not available online or by phone. Good for the day of purchase and until noon the following day. This pass does not guarantee re-entry in your vehicle when the park has reached capacity, unless you also hold an active camping reservation.
Individual Daily Park Passes: Individual Daily Park Passes are $4 per day for any non-vehicle entry (by foot, bicycle, horseback, etc.) at: Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area, Barr Lake, Castlewood Canyon, Crawford, Colorado State Forest, Eldorado Canyon, Eleven Mile, Elkhead Reservoir, Fishers Peak, Golden Gate Canyon, Harvey Gap, Highline Lake, Jackson Lake, James M. Robb - Colorado River, John Martin Reservoir, Lathrop, Lory, Mancos, Mueller, Navajo, North Sterling, Paonia, Pearl Lake, Ridgway, Rifle Gap, Rifle Falls, Roxborough, Spinney Mountain, St. Vrain, Stagecoach, Staunton, Steamboat Lake, Sweitzer Lake, Sylvan Lake, Trinidad Lake, Vega and Yampa River state parks.
Annual pass holders may carry annual pass receipt in lieu of the $4 Individual Daily Pass Charge.
