About this Event
This is the exciting launch of our new Junior Ranger program, Night Sky Defenders. Discover how light pollution affects all living things and easy ways to decrease it in your own life. Also learn about constellations and become a part of a national citizen science project to help defend the night sky.
The creator of this program will lead you through activities in the book to help you earn your Night Sky Defender badge. Dress warm and be prepared to be outside after dark.
This program is intended for ages 6-12, but all are welcome. Guardians should join their kids.
