Discover the women who have shaped Roxborough from the 1850s to today, and explore how their stories are woven into the history of women’s suffrage as we celebrate International Women’s Day.
Learn about and compare the lives of the homesteaders with present day women who have shaped the park. Period artifacts including butter churn, chamber pot, cherry stoner will be available and maybe some brownies using an 1800s recipe.
