About this Event
Hike 2 miles with an experienced Mueller hiking guide. See great views of Pikes Peak, aspen groves and Peak View Pond. There is a chance to see tiger salamanders at the pond!
Along the way learn about what things are helpful to bring with you to survive the elements and useful tips when spending time outside.
This hike starts downhill and ends uphill.
Meet at Elk Meadow Trailhead. There is no restroom at this location. Stop by the Visitor Center beforehand if you need the restroom, water refill station or to purchase a park pass.
This program is free with a park pass.
