Take in beautiful views of the west side of Pikes Peak on this 2 mile hike. Along the way hear about how Pikes Peak was formed, the people who’ve climbed it over history and how it became America’s mountain.
This is a 2 mile moderate loop including uphill and downhill. Bring water, layers and sunscreen.
Meet at Elk Meadow Trailhead. Stop at the Visitor Center beforehand if you need to use the facilities or purchase a park pass.
