About this Event

Join Forest Therapy Guide Jane for this peaceful 1.5 mile walk to quiet the mind, open the senses and connect with the land. End with a gratitude circle with tea brewed from local plants. This is a slow paced walk with stops along the way to reflect.

At the stops you have an option to sit on the ground, rocks or stand. Some sit pads will be available, but you're welcome to bring your own or carry a portable chair if that's most comfortable.

Minimum age of 12 recommended. Come prepared to be outside. Pack water, layers and a snack. 

Meet at the Visitor Center. Wheelchair accessible restrooms and a water refill station are in the building.

Free with a park pass. Registration required.
