About this Event
Visit the park for our annual Geology Day! We will have many tables and activities set up for visitors to explore and learn about all of the rocks and fossils in the park. There will be activities for all ages. No registration required, but we will be busy so get here early if you want to beat the line for parking!
There will be a guided hike on the South Rim trail that will start at 9:00am. Dont be late! The park fills up quickly so arrive early to make sure you are there in time for the hike! This hike will start at the Visitor Center.
A presentation on the geology of Roxborough will be given in the auditorium at 11:00 am. No registration required.
