About this Event
Join the Grand Junction Sports Commission for the 2026 Desert's Edge Triathlon Series. As a cycling, swimming, and biking destination, the Desert's Edge Triathlon at Highline Lake is the perfect way to wrap up the summer season.
Packet pickup will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the times TDB. An athlete guide with additional details will be sent out before the event. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Park impacts for non-racers:
- Bookcliff Campground closed Friday and Saturday nights
- Lakeview Day Use Area closed Saturday and Sunday until 1pm
- Lake closed to boating until 10am (will reopen sooner if all racers are done with the swim)
